Achieving sustainability is a collaborative process. Solo Cup Europe delivers on its promise in a number of ways:
- Carbon Reduction – Ensuring that our manufacturing and distribution processes are as efficient as possible.
- Investing in the Future – Staying on the cutting edge of research and development into the latest possibilities for more environmentally preferable materials.
- Engaging Employees – Each department has a group of employees that meet twice a month to discuss possible energy saving and waste/scrap reduction opportunities.
- Providing Options – Partnering with our customers to identify the most appropriate single-use products that work best given their choices for recovery and disposal.
- Energy – Ensuring we use energy in our offices more efficiently, by the use of movement sensors for all offices, recycling all paper and adding timing controls to all electricals.
